The Bola Ahmed Tinubu Centre for Arts & Vocations (BATCAV) is a visionary institution dedicated to nurturing creativity, empowering youth, and preserving Nigeria’s rich artistic and cultural heritage. Established as part of the national initiative "A Nation in Portraits" the Centre seeks to equip Nigerian youths with world-class skills in the arts and creative industries.

Empowerment Through Skills: Provide free, high-quality vocational training for 100,000 Nigerian youths over the next decade in visual arts, photography, videography, graphic design, printing, and make-up artistry.
Creative Entrepreneurship: Enable trainees to create sustainable businesses, reducing youth unemployment and building economic independence.
